Rodrigo Mendiolea
Real Estate Lawyer (in-house)
Rodrigo was born in Mexico City on April 7th, 1986, but has lived in an impressive number of places in his 36 years, including Cuernavaca, San Antonio, Queretaro, Nicosia, Cyprus, Barcelona, Spain and now, Puerto Vallarta.
After completing his master’s degree in Business Law in Barcelona, Tropicasa Realty was happy to have the opportunity to offer a position of in-house real estate lawyer to Rodrigo, and he was pleased to accept. “Tropicasa opened the door to me as in-house attorney, during difficult pandemic times, “he says, “After a couple of challenging interviews and tests, on April 7th, 2021, Tropicasa fulfilled my birthday wish, which was to get the job. I will always be grateful for this and have loved living in Vallarta since then.”
One of the things Rodrigo loves most about Puerto Vallarta is the people. “People are accepted exactly as they are, there is no judgement or prejudice, “says Rodrigo, “If you live here, you get to live as free as you decide to be and as happy as you want to be. All that, plus beautiful beaches, gives you that permanent vacation feeling.”
Rodrigo speaks English and Spanish and is known for his problem-solving skills and excellent contract writing in the office. In his spare time, he is an avid golfer and recently won the Vista Vallarta Independence Day Tournament. You’ll also find him hanging out with one of his best buddies, his golden retriever named Chispa.
