- Play Tourist at Home – September is the least busy month in a city that is a major tourist draw all year long. Take a home-town advantage and get to our beautiful beaches, amazing restaurants and attractions and enjoy them without the high season crowds.
- Cool Days on The Way – Summer season is when the Banderas Bay region is the lushest and green from summer rains, but in late September to early October is when we can generally expect the humidity to drop and temperatures to transition to our perfect high season weather.
- Ripe for Real Estate – at the end of the summer, with still a few months before the high season begins, this is the time to find a motivated seller who is willing to negotiate. In truth, Puerto Vallarta is an all-year destination, but as we move into autumn and start to prepare for the tourist season, we will take full advantage of September in Vallarta.
