Eduardo Venegas Solis

Eduardo is originally from Guadalajara but relocated to Puerto Vallarta in 2017 and joined the Tropicasa team shortly thereafter. There were many things that attracted Eduardo to Vallarta, including our beautiful Pacific ocean, the bohemian and vibrant feeling found in downtown and Old Town Puerto Vallarta, and the open hearts and minds found of the local community. He also loved how the coastline is dotted with different towns around the bay each with its own mood and vibe, all the beautiful beaches and the impressive Sierra Madre mountains.
All of this, plus an incredible culinary scene and excellent nightlife, told Eduardo that real estate would always be a success in Puerto Vallarta, not only for his career but for his clients. “I know buyers will always be interested in investing in Puerto Vallarta because properties here offer very appealing return on investment.”
Eduardo’s favorite part of the city is the Malecon, the famous oceanside walkway that extends from the Romantic Zone, across the Rio Cuale, and into downtown Puerto Vallarta. It’s a fantastic place to walk, bike, or go view the incredible bronze sculptures placed along the way. He also enjoys that there are so many art galleries in Puerto Vallarta and often suggests to clients that they partake in the weekly “ArtWalk” held every Wednesday during high season, where you can meet artists, gallery owners and other art enthusiasts, as a way to get to know the city and make new friends.
In addition to his real estate license, Eduardo has a bachelor’s degree in international business administration and a diploma in carpentry. He speaks fluent English and Spanish and is currently studying French. Making him even more of a renaissance man, Eduardo’s hobbies include drawing, painting, playing musical instruments and furniture making.
