Due to the overwhelming success of Tropicasa´s 2013 Hot Summer Sale, the Puerto Vallarta real estate agency proudly announces the second annual Hot Summer Sale 2.0. The property event offers prospective home buyers three distinct pricing discounts off current listing prices from 5% to 15%.
Properties are tagged with one of three colors, reflecting those of the Mexican flag: Green for a 5% discount, White denotes a discount of 10%, and Red a 15% discount off the list price.

The properties participating in the sale come from across the Bay and include homes and condos in the much sought after Conchas Chinas, Marina and Olas Altas neighborhoods, and many more.
The limited time sale runs from July 15 to October 15, 2014 and allows the public to search available properties, make inquiries and to schedule a viewing with one of the many agents at Tropicasa.
