Shanti Gilbert
IT Management Team
Shanti was born in beautiful Puerto Vallarta to an American mother and a Mexican father. In his childhood home, there was always art hanging on the walls or on the easel where his mother would paint.
From an early age, he was interested in the world of computers and technology in general, so it is fitting that he is behind updating and maintaining the Tropicasa website so that new listings are always easily accessible to potential buyers. Shanti joined the Tropicasa team in 2007 and plays a key role in IT related tasks and oversight at the office.
Shanti has also always had an appreciation for nature because much of his childhood was spent playing in the mountains and the sea in and around Puerto Vallarta. So when his mom gave him a photography book and her cameras, the love for creating his own artistic version, specifically landscapes and nature photography, was born.
