Alfredo Herrera
Real Estate Agent
Born and raised in Acapulco, Alfredo Herrera was fascinated by the natural beauty and wildlife of Puerto Vallarta from his first visit in 1984. In 1996 he decided to call Puerto Vallarta home and has lived here ever since.
Through his many years in the industry, Alfredo has obtained all the necessary experience to stand out in the real estate community, thanks to his great effort and dedication. Alfredo is known for creating strong relationships with his clients, many of which now call him a friend. Real estate has been an exciting career for Alfredo who says, “I don’t sell my clients anything, I just pay attention to their needs, show them the properties that fit their criteria and guide them through the sales process until they get their deed, always looking after their interests.”
When he is not with his clients, Alfredo enjoys playing tennis, mountain biking, outdoor activities, reading and meeting new people. One of the things he loves the most is the annual humpback whale migration, when they come to breed in Banderas Bay each winter and, a few years ago, he actively participated in a photo identification program as part of a conservation effort for these majestic creatures.
Alfredo speaks English, Spanish and having lived in the U.S, he is able to understand the needs and culture of both Mexican nationals as well as North American clients.
