My wife and I have been looking for the right place to retire and we're considering two very different geographic locations: Florida and Puerto Vallarta. The similarity between the two places is warm weather, sunshine and ocean. Once we visited both places, we learned an important lesson. Florida is where people go to die and Mexico is where people go to live. In Spanish that statement is muy verdad! Doing research on realtors, we got several recommendations about Tropicasa. We met Jorge Guillén in early September on a short trip to our favorite resort in PV. Jorge took us to 4 properties and kept in touch with us until our return visit the following January. When we reconnected, Jorge had our day planned to the minute. We looked at several properties which were all very good and in our budget. It was apparent that he understood what we were looking for in our dream home. We immediately fell in love with what would be our new home: Casa Santa Valentina. The best part of our experience in finding our dream house is the Tropicasa team. We actually became friends with Jorge and Maria O'Connor. Anything we needed they never hesitated to help and have been especially patient to our constant dumb questions. The support team has also been amazing. People like Laura and Anahi kept us up-to-date on all the preparations and made our lives so much easier.
