Eduardo Sanchez Acosta, (esta ultima se desprende de la Escritura original de compra) la cual ya fue pagada en su totalidad y se cuenta con la constancia de la Hipotecaria a esta fecha. Asi la propiedad se encuentra libre de gravamen. El registro se encuentra en tramite en la notaria 8 de Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco The house had a lien according to Deed 6053 passed before Notary 7 of Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco, dated August 17, 2023, passed before the faith of Mr. Eduardo Sanchez Acosta, (the latter is derived from the original Deed of purchase) which has already been paid in full and there is proof of the Mortgage Company as of this date. So, now is free of lien and the register it is in process at the Notary 8 in Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco
