Luis Guzman: Real Estate Agent
Luis Guzman was originally born in Guanajuato but has been residing in Puerto Vallarta for the last five years. He first arrived in PV in 2015 and immediately knew it was where he wanted to be, due to the proximity to the ocean and the beauty of the city and its people.
A recent addition to the Tropicasa Realty, Luis is proud to have already completed his first closing. He speaks both English and Spanish, which has helped immensely in his new career path. He is excited to continue learning and growing at Tropicasa because, “the properties are amazing” and he enjoys getting to meet and help new people.
Luis’ favorite area of the city is Conchas Chinas because of its traditional charm and stunning views, and he dreams of eventually living there. “Puerto Vallarta is a very special place to buy a property because it is a safe and beautiful city to live in with many options for entertainment, art, and dining,” he comments.
Luis adores animals and would like to adopt a dog eventually, but currently he has one cat in his home. He also likes to cook, relax with a massage, and head to the movie theater on his time away from work. Luis is also an avid painter and some of his pieces can be found exhibited at the ACT2 Theater.
