Puerto Vallarta, Mexico – Throughout my many years in Vallarta it has been my great personal pleasure to share the wonders of our city by the sea with those who have shown an interest in living here. I started out as a tour guide, then moved into Real Estate in 1997 so that I could share the joys of living in the paradise that I call home with those who have decided to fulfill their dreams of owning a second home or vacation property in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico.

For many foreigners, the thought of purchasing real estate in Mexico is a frightening one due to their lack of knowledge of the country’s laws, language, and customs. By ‘walking in their shoes,’ I’ve done my all to facilitate the process of learning, accepting and, in many cases, living the lifestyle so unique to us here in Puerto Vallarta.
I share with them my favorite hidden jewels – from where to get the tastiest street tacos, freshest seafood, crunchiest churros, and most tantalizing tejuino, to where to enjoy the gastronomic delights of gourmet dining.
When it comes time to take care of business – changing the name on the utility bills of your newly acquired home; obtaining your Mexican’tDriver’s License; getting married on the beach or on the river; finding the contractor for estimates on the remodeling of your home; a plumber, electrician, painter or my personal mechanic… and let’s not forget the cleaning staff or the trusted sitter you might need for your cherished babies – the list is endless… but remember you have a friend in Vallarta and I take great pride in helping you.
A peaceful tranquil or crazy insane life, why not? To each his own and I only guide you on your way to finding what you want or where you want to go, fix or discover, those dream you worked so hard to fulfill and the items you need to check off of your ‘bucket list.’
