When one thinks of Mexico, of course, one thinks of Mexican food, but the culinary scene is Puerto Vallarta is incredibly diverse and offers delicious international food from around the globe.  When you’re getting tired of tacos (we’re kidding, nobody is ever tired of tacos!) and feel like spicing it up a little, we suggest Siam Cocina Thai for some delicious Thai and South Asian dishes.

With two locations, one in Old Town Puerto Vallarta and one in the trendy Gaviotas neighborhood near Costco, Siam Cocina Thai is the creation of Vallarta restaurateur Michael Boufford, who also owns the popular Bravos and Poblanos restaurants. The menu features favorite Thai dishes like Pad Thai, Tom Yum Gung soup, and red, green and yellow curries spiced to your preference. They also offer a nice selection of gluten-free and vegetarian options, making it an easy choice to accommodate everyone’s dietary needs.

Both locations offer lovely, air-conditioned interiors and are following all safety protocols for the safe keeping of their patrons and staff. Or choose to have your dinner brought to you with a delivery system that was perfected in 2020 and ensures that your order arrives quickly, correctly and steaming hot.
