Casa Quetzal is a 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom house nestled in the tropical jungle on Nanzal hill of sayulita with breathtaking ocean views from every room of the house. The house has 4 levels, starting at the main entrance, a full kitchen, living room and bathroom. Second level is the private saltwater pool overlooking the Pacific Ocean with lounge/barbecue/hammock area. The 3 main bedrooms are also on the second level, with each bedroom containing mini split AC units. Bottom level consists of a small bedroom looking over the lush garden, with a separate entrance below and plenty of space to build a separate apartment/studio. Rooftop terrace has panoramic views of the pacific and year around sunsets.
