- Spring is also a good time to call to have annual servicing done on your air conditioning units. During the summer months, wait times can be lengthy to get air-conditioning technicians to come to your home, leaving you to literally sweat it out, so getting filters cleaned and general maintenance attended to now is a good idea.
- Tenacious termites arrive around this time of year, and although they are harmless to humans, they aren’t so harmless to the wood in your home. Luckily, most condos and homes in Puerto Vallarta are constructed from concrete, but it is still a good plan to have your home inspected for cracks and spaces where doors and windows meet walls, to make sure that you’re not offering access to these unwanted visitors into your home.
